Can I burn my songs to a CD?
Yes as stated above. All songs are in standard mp3 format with no copy protection, so you can copy, transfer, and burn them as many times as you'd like, on as many playback systems as you'd like. Of course, that doesn't mean you can e-mail them to your friends or put them on a file sharing network. The music is authorized for your own personal, noncommercial use.

How soon can I begin downloading my songs?
After you place your order you will immediately receive an e-mail with links to download the songs. The email this link will come to is the same email address you paid for the items with through PayPal.

How many times can I download the songs I purchase?
You are allowed to download the songs three (3) times. All download links expire in 24 hours. This means it's probably best to download the songs as soon as you get the link. If a computer crash or other unexpected event prevents you from downloading the songs, just e-mail us and we'll send you new links. Please don't procrastinate, download your songs as soon as you order them, this will ensure the links don't expire!

Is artwork included?
If available. When you purchase an album, if there is artwork available, a link to download the album cover will be provided. No artwork is provided with individual songs.

I get a receipt from PayPal but I don't see this other email with the download links, what gives?
---Check the email that you ordered with and not you work email, friends email etc.
---Check your SPAM folder. Most anti viruses these days put emails they don't recognize in a SPAM folder, some even put them in the trash. Check it out, it's probably there.

I click on a link to download the song and nothing happens?
---Turn OFF your pop up blocker. When you clcik the link it prompts a new browser window to open then initiates the download. Some pop up blockers don't like this and won't let it happen.

I ordered and paid for the whole CD but I can only download the last song. When I try to download the ones before it it says I need to pay for them? I already did!
---The way your email is wrapping the text of the download links it includes the song number of the next song in line. For example, when you click the link for You're Alot Like Me, it's including the 2 from the next song, song #2 Watch'a Doin.

Either go to the end of the link and hit your space bar. this will space out the links and you should be able to click them and download. Or, copy each link into a new browser window. This will prompt the download to begin.

I purchased some songs a while ago and download them fine but I deleted them, can you send me a new link to download them again without charging me?
---Um, no. Once you download the songs you need to take care of them. just like if you lose a CD you can't go back to the record store and get another copy at no cost.
